We begin by understanding the situation, what support may be helpful, and whether Harbwr is the right fit.
There is no pressure to commit. It is simply a chance to talk things through.
Step 2 – Agree the right support
If Harbwr is the right fit, we agree what practical support is needed and how it will work.
This may include check-ins, appointments, transport, practical arrangements, liaising with services, or family updates.
Step 3 – Ongoing support and follow-through
Once support begins, Harbwr provides practical coordination, regular check-ins and updates where agreed.
As needs change, support can be reviewed and adjusted.
Keeping families informed and reassured
For many families, one of the hardest parts is not just arranging support — it is keeping track of everything.
Harbwr helps reduce that pressure through regular communication and updates, where this has been agreed with the older person and their family.
This can help families feel more reassured, especially when they live further away or are balancing work, children and everyday life.
Practical support — not personal care
Harbwr provides practical, non-medical support and coordination.
We do not provide personal care, medical care, nursing support, medication administration, cleaning, home maintenance or emergency/crisis support.
Where specialist or regulated support is needed, Harbwr can help people and families understand the next step and connect with appropriate local services.
